am I the only one

I'm a first time mom and not sure what to look for . But I don't think I've gotten Braxton hicks contractions yet .. maybe a few times (28-30) weeks and I haven't felt a real contraction I don't think. I've always had back pain this hole pregnancy but tonight I went to lay down on my back for awhile and when I went to turn on my side my lower back right where people's (back dimples) are started aching so bad I had to lay back on my back then that hurt So I  tried standing up I could not stand I had to bend . And try different position but I could not put no pressure into my lower right back It hurt for a good 10 minutes straight , my questions is that normal?? Could it be back labor? And is not feeling any BH normal ??
