Baby girl with swollen breast

My baby girl developed a swollen breast at 3 1/2 weeks. One side is actually like a little boob and the other is a tiny pea size bump. My doctor said it was normal due to hormones and could be a month or more before it goes away, I am wondering if anybody else has experienced this with their baby, how long it took to go away and if it completely went back to normal or if there is still any minor swelling...

It seems like it would hurt her but she doesn't seem to mind, I just feel bad any time I put her down for tummy time or try to breastfeed laying down, like it's going to bug her.
