a bit pissed off...

So I called my midwife today and left her a message explaining I'm getting bad itching especially at night with no rash. Speaking to friends and reading online I was a tad concerned. Called her first thing this morning, still heard nothing back 12 hours later. Now it's the weekend so I won't hear until next week. What would you guys do? Should I wait? Or should I contact someone else xxx
