Let my child's father in the room during delivery? (Long Post)

Throughout my pregnancy I have genuinely felt like this baby is 100% mine because my child's father is ridiculously detached. He advocated for abortion initially then we decided to keep our child & soon after, we broke up. It was very friendly & amicable breakup, I just simply wasn't in love anymore. Recently things took a turn for the worse, his mother and I got into an argument and then he and I did too. We have had absolutely NO communication since then about a week ago. I seriously don't want him in the room because 1. He doesn't deserve it based on his behavior and lack of participation throughout the entire process 2. He will sign the birth certificate and have full complete access forever without putting in any work.
