5dpo and EXHAUSTED

So I'm 5dpo and exhausted!!!! All I did today was go get my oil changed and clean the house. I got 7 hours of sleep like I usually do but good god I can barely keep my eyes open! I'm probably symptom spotting, I know, implantation hasn't occurred so I can't feel symptoms...but has this happened to anyone else and ended up with a BFP? I don't really have any other symptoms to speak of. I randomly got nauseous and threw up the night of my pos. opk (we had sex that day and 2 days before) and I had been nauseous 1 and 2 dpo but I know that was probably just hormones from ovulation. I never actually throw up like i did though so that was pretty weird.
