probiotic while pregnant??

Is it ok to take a probiotic while pregnant? I'm 34w+4d and was put on antibiotics for a sinus infection... I always end up with a yeast infection though and would like to start a probiotic! I forgot to ask at my appointment today.

I've been on them since before I was pregnant.. they are great during pregnancy

Yes, my ob encouraged taking them through out my pregnancy since the digestive system is so out of wack anyway.

I have been taking probiotics since about 8 weeks, currently 32. My doctor is very supportive and recommends it. On the plus side, I haven't been constipated at all.
