Should I confront my bf about lying?

So I know I sound crazy, but I'm the type of girl where whether or not it changes any circumstances, I have to know things. My boyfriend and I have been together for 14 months and he told me he dated a girl for a year and a half, before we started dating. She supposedly moved back to her country the summer before we met. He told me he's deleted all pictures with her, and that they don't keep in contact. That doesn't bother me at all, but what confuses me is that on his facebook there are very obvious pictures with a woman for THREE YEARS prior. All comments calling each other pet names and valentines day gifts, and pictures together. And they all led up to months before we met, so there's no way he dated someone between us. She also lives here, and isn't from another country as he's told me. The fact that he dated her doesn't bother me, it just bothers me that he can't be upfront and honest to me about his past relationships. I feel like I should bring this up to him?
