Painful cyst. Please take a minute to read?

Help please. I was in the ER 2 days ago for lower back pain wrapping around to the front. They found out I have a cyst on each ovary that they said were "concerning" and told me to make an appointment with my gyno. Now I have to wait for a referral (yay insurance 🙄) but I'm still in a decent amount of pain. It's achey most of the time with periods of stabbing pain every once in a while. I've tried Advil, naproxen, heating pad, none of it gives me much relief. What's worked for you?
