post c section bleeding

I had a c section a week ago. I bled for 4 days really heavy and it started to lighten up. Then for the past two days I haven't bled at all. Well this evening I was sitting in bed and i felt like I peed my pants. I checked to see what was going on and I gushed blood. It slowed down, but I'm bleeding like I was the first few days again. Should I be worried? Is this something normal? .
