Anyone have possible answers?

My doctors have done std test, uti test, yeast infection test and nothing seems to be coming back and im frustrated. This is a bit embarassing so no rude comments please and thank you. My vagina has been having this ofor i cant really pun point it and i also have a bit of burning, not when i pee. Also my period started 7 days earlier and was spotting for the first 2 days then the 3rd day it was on and off heavy bleeding and 4th day i had heavy bleeding until the 7th day and then it went back to spotting and i am still spotting. I dont know what else is going on and im really hoping someone went through something similar and can help me out with what this moght could be. Thanks In Advance.
