pill causing bloating???

Question

Ever since starting the pill a week ago I've been super bloated and feel like I'm gaining weight. Am I just paranoid? Im not actually gaining weight I just feel fatty and like I said am real bloated. How long will this last ??

Hey, I think I went through the same thing. I felt really bloated on the pill so I went off it but it's been three days now and I already wanna go back on it because of many reasons. Just stick it out for a lil while, eat healthily, track your weight and exercise. If you see a spike in your weight that's not normal (I.e gaining weight from muscle is so beware not to confuse that) or take before and after pictures to track which is easier and probs more effective and better psychologically.
