yeast infection?

So of course I have the usual symptoms except for itchiness. But none of this happened until I took a bubble bath along with using a bath bomb and cheap soap for bubbles 😡😡😡 I'm a teen and my sister ended up getting an infection too because of taking too many baths but my mother automatically thought she was having sex. And I really don't want to deal with my mom trying to fight with me about it. So I mean how should I tell her without her getting mad or assuming things. Is there any way to get rid of this besides going to a doctor? EDIT/UPDATE: I have a urinary track infection
