Face wash recommendations for dry skin?

My skin is so dry, even pain water dries out my skin. I don't wear foundation or other makeup besides eyebrows and eyelashes, so I don't really wash my face every day especially in the dry winter. I do get some acne around my hairline though. Anyone know of something good that's not expensive?

I'm the exact same way so I went to the most well-known dermatologist in my home state and he actually just recommended Neutrogena Gentle cleansing formula. Be sure to get the foaming kind. It's white with baby blue on it and has never once dried my skin out but leaves it feeling totally clean of oils after. I've been using it for two years and will never switch to anything else. In advance, you're welcome.

My face gets really dry too. One wash I've used that doesn't dry me out and actually makes my face feel really clean is Alba Botanica Hawaiian facial cleanser- the pore purifying pineapple enzyme. They have a coconut one too but I don't like that one as much. If I use a wash that's dries me out I use a drop of Argan oil to moisturize.
