Waiting game...🤰🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

My husband and I are elated to tell our families I'm pregnant, but we live a few hours away, so planning something cute is a little hard. The next time we're going to be in town is this Sunday, but I'll only be 6 wks; then we're going on March for the birth of our niece, so obviously we can't take away from that. I wanted to wait until Easter, but by then I'd be 15 wks and I'm not sure if I'll already be showing too much or not. I'm built fairly small, usually like a size 4-6 pants, 5'4, and around 140 lbs. When did you ladies start showing? Should we tell them before 12 wks??
