Progesterone cream

Has anyone used a progesterone cream in their luteal phase? Did you start the day after o? Did it help with anything? I have some low temps on my chart and don't know if i should try it or not. I had a m/c 6 years ago and the reason was never determined. I then had to have a d and c so conception took a year after that. I thought my chart looked "normal" as far as temps. But i don't know now.
