am I unintentionally starving my self ?
I'm doing a low carb diet and also cutting out soda and junk food I keep getting mixed reviews on if I count calories or not
And it's been about a week and the past two days I've been very snappy and I get this dizzy spells but I don't know if the bitchyness or dizzy spells come from not eat enough or the fact that my diet before I started the low carb was mainly all carbs and soda
