Rough play

Well me and my fiance had sex last night and it was pretty rough, well I get sore usually after rough sex but I can deal. I take a warm bath and it goes away but today we went to have rough sex again and we finished but I'm even more sore than yesterday. We love sex, but is there anything I can do to help with the soreness for tonight? Ice pack, massages, etc?
