paranoid

I put in a post at the beginning of the week asking for advice on weather I could trust my boyfriend or not who went to a brothel on a stag do. He told me as soon as he got back and I'm becided I believe he didn't do anything. Basic back story for anyone who didn't read It. All his friends were going back to hotel and one friend said I'm going to this place so you want to come. My boyfriend said he wasn't ready to go back and thought the place was another club so went with him then was mortified when he got there. Anyway we have 2 kids a almost one year old and a 4 week old. We haven't had sex in about 6 months and now even though I believe him I can't stop thinking about it and am so so paranoid. I notice every time he takes him phone with him and think it's because he's hiding things. I had a dream last night I caught him cheating. How do I get this out of my head because I've never been this person and I hate it and am going to end up pushing him away x
