I did a 4 day drive (from uk to Portugal at 24 weeks) and my dr just recommended we stop to stretch legs often, stay hydrated and take 1 baby aspirin per day to help prevent blood clots

Girl I took a 19 hour trip to Texas ... driving ... with a 1 year old in December while 33 weeks . And had to drive 19 hours back .. we went to see my husband graduate from the Airforce . I was low risk and doctor gave approval . 9 hours will be cake if you've had no complications (;

If you're having a low risk pregnancy I'd say you're fine, but with a lot of stops and hydration. Definitely check with your doc though! 
At 31 weeks we're taking a flight to Denver from Florida and my midwife said it's fine. 
It sounds like you're driving, so just make sure you stop often. At least every hour to stretch your legs to prevent blood clots since pregnant ladies are more susceptible. Drink tons of water too. 
Also, check hospitals around where you're staying and bring all your info in case you go into preterm labor.
