Anyone else dealing with severe heartburn?!

My LO is squishing his butt up so high that it's making my heartburn unbearable! Not only does it burn like hell but it leaves my chest so sore and tight. Anyone else have it this bad?
 
Zantac helps a little bit, but does anyone know of anything else that's safe and does the trick? Have you made diet changes? If so, what helped?

I noticed that changing the time that I was taking my prenatal vitamin got totally rid of my heartburn.  I don't like taking it in the morning because it makes some people nauseous so I was taking it right before bed.  So now I take it immediately after dinner and I haven't had any more heartburn issues.  Good luck!!

I drank ice cold water. I drank it down like I was thirsty and kept drinking it and it cooled down.  And that's what I drank for the day.  Don't add stuff to the mix like coffee and spicy stuff.  Just drink cold cold water. And don't stop.  This is serious. Lol.  Joking.  But it helped me.

I take Pepcid AC twice a day, morning and night. I often have to eat a tums throughout the night since laying down flares it up for me. A big gulp a milk helps too..but not long term relief. Just something we gotta deal with I think 😕 hang in there!
