mirena abdominal pain

I'm having pain on my lower stomach I've had my IUD since around September and since last night it started causing me discomfort to where it almost hurts to bend over and to press on it. Idk the severity of something like this but it's scaring me and I almost want to leave work early because it hurts. What do you guys think ????? Please give feedback.
