First high risk pregnancy

I have 2 beautiful daughters ages 7 and 5 had perfectly normal pregnancies but the last year I lost my first son because of a placental abruption. It was unexplained. Now I am 22 weeks almost 23 with another boy, I've been on bedrest, I'm now on just pelvic rest, lovenox for blood clots, and have been told I won't make it to 37 weeks. And I will be lucky to make it to 30 weeks. I'm scared, I'm hopeful, I'm overwhelmed. Just wanted to share, hoping for encouragement or to hear your stories.
