All the signs & still bfn

My husband & I have been ttc for 3 years next month. We lost a baby at 10 weeks along (after 19 months of trying at that time) when I was pregnant that time I knew. I woke in the middle of the night to pee & felt nausea after laying back down. My boobs felt 10lbs heavier & sore! & I was so thirsty. This week I've had all the same things & took 2 test tonight & still bfn. Hoping I'm just to early I still have a week & a half till my period. Keep your fingers crossed please! I want that bfp so badly!!
