nervous for first gyno appointment! Help!
Help! I'm going to the gyno for an exam and Pap smear on Valentine's Day (😒 great timing) and it's my first time.
I'm behind, I'm 23 and never been so I'm biting the bullet and just doing it.
I'm very self conscious though. I'm overweight, have tons of red stretch marks all over my thighs, and am afraid I will smell. I know that they have seen it all, but I still feel insecure like she will be judging me.
