Nonstop headache

So ive had a headache since thursday it is now sunday and its still there . I got sick with a sore throat and stuffy nose sometimes dry nose and cough idk if it could be that. I cant even bend down cuz i feel a ton of pressure in my head if i do and i cant even cough cuz when i do my head hurts even more. What could it be? I will b 24 weeks pregnant tuesday n i will be calling my doctor tomorrow just wanted to see what u all think it could be.

UPDATE: Looks like i got even more sick over night now been up since 3 my cough is super bad that my ribs hurt alot , my eyes r real watery and i feel super shitty n im pretty sure the baby is annoyed by my coughing lol hes been kicking me all night. Ive had the humidifier on n its no help. Im calling the doctor in 30 minutes when they open.

2nd Update: All they told me is just to take tylenol and robitussin i really doubt thats gonna help .
