why is this happening

I've had my iud for six months or so and I still get really bad cramping. Should I be worried? Like it is really bad cramping, most of the time, not to get all TMI but , it hurts like everywhere. Like in my anus by clitoris my vagina and my uterus. And I can't move and I've even passed out before. I'm not on my period and it is cramping really bad. And it's been a little over six months. Should I be worried? What is going on? What should I do?
