is it weird?

So me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 months and we've had sex plenty of times and not once had he satisfied me I don't want to tell him that cause that would be a bitch move and I'm not sure if he's satisfied either. I'm not sure if it's the size that's the problem or the fact that he never truly turns me on enough to be in the mood don't get me wrong I love him with all my heart but the sex isn't good it's like having sex with a virgin. What should I do?
