dry ejaculate

Hi my boyfriend I were performing manual sex when he ejaculated, it got on my hand and the floor. I wiped the floor up with a towel and the semen on my hand was dry. Sometime had passed and he went home. Right after he left I had inserted my finger in my vagina. Can the dry sperm still impregnate me? I have googled it and all the results are unclear. I'm freaking out. This is all new to me.
