problems help

I have problem and I need help. I had sex for the first time two weeks ago. Earlier this week I have notice a red bump on the inside of my vagina lips. It does hurt. I thought it might of been a pimple at first bc sometimes I do get pimple down there but it hurts a lot. It has been two days since the bump has appeared and no it's turning a white color. I did some research and I think it says I have herpes. But I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me? I'm freaking out.
