Wrong medication given to 8.5 month old son
What would you do if a nurse administered the wrong medication and dosage to your 8.5 month old son?
This happened to us over the weekend and by the grace of God our little guy is ok, but this could have have been a tragedy. We expressed our anger, concern and even tears but I feel like I let them off easy.
Any suggestions?
