baby sleeping on her stomach

My little Ava just turned 4 months and she started to turn from back to stomach. Every time she goes down to sleep now I put her on her back and she immediately turns on her stomach and chooses to sleep that way. I haven't been able to sleep because I'm worried about her sleeping that way. Do you guys know of any heart monitors or suggest anything that will keep my mind at ease? Thanks so much
