high risk for now scarred out of my mind...ftm

Hey y'all I am in the process of switching doctors. My doctors office has charged me without going through my insurance and has non of my prescriptions for anything of mine. They are a terrible doctors office. The new one I'm going to is placing me under high risk as of now because I haven't had any testing done yet and I had a family meme er who had spinabifida and Down syndrome. The other drs didn't even place me under high risk. I'm 13 weeks today and so scared. Now that something's going to show up and idk what to do I'm freaking out right now. Someone give me some piositivity please....
