I think he might actually hate me

So on feb 6th my boyfriend didn't remember my birthday,I was quite upset but got over it thinking valentines would be better. Valentine's Day rolls around and he didn't really say or do anything.. no flowers or note and no special remark. I made dinner for us trying to make the evening a little better and hope to put him in a good mood so that maybe he would bring it up but still nothing and he didn't say thanks or it was delicious or anything. All he did was get onto his video games. Am I dating the wrong guy? Or may he be going through something I don't realize? Or do some guys just suck at being romantic and nice 😑 I'm honestly so upset and cried in the shower because I felt forgotten
