how long???

My baby is almost 3 months old and I've been suffering from ppd since he was about 1-2 weeks old. What's your story? How long did ppd last for you? Are you still suffering?

I'm so sorry you are going through it. Talk to your dr to see if they can help you. I had it with my second baby. It was really hard. I talked to my dr she put me on medication and referred me to a therapist. I went and talked to the therapist for a while. About 10 months after starting my medication I felt so much better but my dr wanted me to stay on for a year and wean myself off of them. So that's what I did I feel so much better now. I was worried that I would get it again with this baby but I luckily didn't. If you don't want to take medication at least talk to someone about it. That really helped me.
