My breasts won't "squirt" while pumping anymore?? *TMI*

Idk what's different. This is brand new pumping stuff so it's not a suction issue. My breasts just wont get that nice relieving letdown anymore where they're squinting milk out of multiple ducts, it's just a slow steady trickle and I don't feel empty after.

From the picture it looks like the flanges are too small. I would try getting a larger flange to see if that helps. Could also be something plugged. Hopefully it gets better!

The suction could be too high and or the shield could be too big or small. Meddle comes with 24mm shield. For me it was too small and my breast wouldn't let down. I have to have a 27mm shield. Hope that helps!
