hcg levels

My nurse called me today . I had blood work yesterday to confirm pregnancy. She said my levels were 70,000 . How far along would that put me ? I have a sonogram scheduled next week but I am very anxious . She also said my a1c came back at 7.0 so I'm being sent to an endocrinologist . I recently lost 30 lbs and have been working hard with diet and working out ! I'm very worried . . Any advice ?!
