Let's get real. How healthy is your pregnancy diet?
I'm curious how many of you are really getting those daily servings of fruits and veggies? I'm slacking so bad and it gives me anxiety. Am I the only one that only wants junk..?! I was so healthy before I got pregnant.. I can't figure out what happened! I know the baby will get what he/she needs regardless. I'm really only hurting myself. I'm just wondering who is sharing my struggle. And what damage does an unhealthy pregnancy diet do?
