need help URGENT!!!
I've just noticed my friend has been self harming herself today, and I want to approach her to make sure she knows she needs help and I'm here but I don't know how to do it! I'm very worried for her and need help, I was in this situation myself 3 years ago and hated when people tried to help me, I just need an outsiders opinion please!!!
