Will my auto insurance go up?

Meeka
So basically this morning I was trying to turn lanes I was in the right lane, trying to get to the left lane. I put my indicator on then check my blind spot. I saw that a lady was in the left lane, but she was at a great distance for me to turn into her lane without an issue. So with my indicator on I go ahead to proceed to merge into her lane. I didn't realize that she was speeding prior to turning into her lane causing her to stomp on her break to avoid colliding into my car which worked.  The speed limit was 35 miles an hour, which I was going the speed limit and she was not. She claims that she had to hit a curb which is the median that separates the traffic going opposite directions and as a result of hitting the curb her tire popped. However there was no damage to either of our cars she did not hit my car the only damage there was to hers was her tire being popped. She called the cops and had a insurance claim sent because I did not feel that spending $450 for somebody's tire who was speeding was a great idea. I rather let my insurance company or lawyer deal with it .
Who is in the wrong ? Will my insurance pay for her tire?
