(Our twins were Born at 29 weeks. Via emergency csection. Grace was 3# 2oz. This is 3 weeks after birth when we could finally hold them. (grandma is luvin on her!) Technically 32 weeks gestation, but almost a month old! Can't believe this was 9yrs ago!
