I could live without sex, could you? No sex drive

I never get wet. I never want to have sex, ever. I don't even masterbate. It hurts when I have sex and I also tense up which doesn't help but it's painful

1.Where would you say the pain is? Around the entrance or further inside or both? 
2. And would you describe it as a burning pain or a stretching pain? Or hitting a wall pain?
3. Do you have sensitivity around the skin of the entrance? Like stuff undies, hard surfaces, rubbing, feels sort of uncomfortable?

Definitely normal to feel very not sexual when you have sexual pain dysfunction. I know, I have endometriosis, provoked vulvodynia and vaginismus. And being in the mood doesn't come easy at all. It takes A LOT of work and causes extreme anxiety.  But you don't have to live without sex, and you don't have to convince yourself you don't need it. There are so many treatments and management techniques out there to make sex enjoyable and much more comfortable. I've spend a good few years trying and found that lidocaine/lignocaine cream works best for me. Don't be afraid to find a pelvic floor specialist who can go through this issue with you and work towards training your muscles not to tense upon stimulation. Feel free to ask me any questions or talk to me about how you feel regarding not liking sex (believe me I've been there! I still struggle sometimes) but also look up Lara Parker. She writes and posts a lot of things about these conditions and living with them. I cried when I read one of her articles because it made so much sense 😭
