not experienced in having a boyfriend

I haven't dated in 5 years and I have been dating my new boyfriend for a month. He said he loved me and I actually do love him. He ignores me constantly, talk probably once a day. He dated his ex for 2 years and broke up in the beginning of 2016. We have a lot of issues like him standing me up every time we are supposed to hang out. Am I his rebound or what's going on? I don't have friends really due to medical issues so I don't have anyone to ask. Please help idk what to do.
