I have four days left, I tried walking but I only dailated like 2cm and that's been the same for 3 weeks now. A lot of women say squats but my knees start hurting and my belly got heavy soooooo NO THANK YOU!! I'm going to get a bouncy ball from Walmart tomorrow since that put in labor a day before my due date last time🤷🏾‍♀️ works for some but those are just a few natural ways.
