Trying for a healthy baby . Any advice ?

I graduate from Texas A&M University this Spring. I had a miscarriage last year and have been pretty beat up about it but now that college is out of the way, I would like to try again . I weigh 198 and my height is 5 ft 6. I've been having difficulty trying to get pregnant after my miscarriage . I was on the shot and missed an appointment and around this time last year I found out I was pregnant and had a missed miscarriage in April . Any advice would be extremely helpful. Could it be my weight that's causing infertility ?
