bloody show
Had my bloody show a few hours ago at 37+3 weeks. I was dilated last week at 1cm 50% effaced and midwife cleared me for "natural induction" methods because they don't work unless your body is ready for labor anyways. But all of today I've been battling false labor. 😩 any ideas to trigger actual labor? Obviously not doing castor oil.
