35 weeks plus pain again

So I've posted before I was hospitalized a couple days for having contractions early at 31 weeks. Still been having contractions on and off but not as close as they were. The past week my back been killing me. The top of my stomach will hurt like hell. A whole lot of pressure down low and of course tightening stomach which I was having when I went to the hospital. Lord what to do now. I know he's ready to come hell he been ready. My baby shower is Sunday and imma be ready to walk him out.
