Should I go to the hospital?

So I had my baby shower yesterday and I was up from 9am till around 10pm. I was woken up out of my deep sleep around 12:30am feeling very wet down there and there was no scent to it and I've just started to feel what seems to be contractions. I'm 35 weeks and 5 days but the last time I went to the hospital I was 32 weeks and they gave me a shot to stop contractions.
