TMI....but please help

My husband won't have sex with me because he thinks he's going to send me into labor or hurt that baby. I send him an article that said otherwise. He of course didn't read it, and I've been telling him that I'm fine and the baby will be fine. But he won't take my word. I tell all the time that he makes me feel worthless and so unattractive. I already think less of myself because the amount of weight I've put on. Then to add him not touching me, or even getting a dimple compliment has been bringing me down. So should I bring it up at our next appointment? If I do, it's an outside source telling him it's ok, and it's not just my word. But I also don't want him to get mad at me because he's kinda personal about our sex life. (I am too, but idk what else to do) I'm just dreading it being to give him what he wants even after the baby is here.
