Skipped period???

Is it normal to skip a period with no chance of getting pregnant??? Or is there something wrong with me?

Lately my period has been really irregular to the point where I have been skipping almost three months in a row. I am sexually active so when my period is late, I always take a precautionary pregnancy test just to be certain! But if it comes out negative I try to remind myself that it happens and there are tons of reasons for a late period besides pregnancy such as stress or weight gain! Take a test and don't stress! 😘

It's completely normal!! Also, make sure you're eating enough because that can make you skip periods sometimes, I've had experience!
