should I be worried? blood but no period?

Question

Last time I had sex was the week around New Years. I haven't had my period since beginning of December. I've taken 3 tests which said negative. Yesterday I went pee & it was almost like there was blood in it, but I don't think it came from my vagina? I wiped & even out my finger up there & nothing. Today I wipe & its brown but when I check to see if it's my period, I don't think it's bleeding? I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I've also been losing weight. I have no idea if I should be concerned but I don't want to spend money to go to the doctor just to find out it was just a weird month or something..

It sound like you should see doctor. Brown thing is mostly normal but lack of period, weight loss, and maybe peeing blood at the same time could be alarming, it can indicate some serious problems. Year ago I missed few periods, had bad cramps and lost weight, then i found out i have polycystic ovaries which is no biggie but it should be treated. So whenever you feel something is off pleaseee see your gyno. Your health is very important! Good luck and i hope everything will be fine😊❤
